WINDSHIELD is a type of wind curtain specially designed to attach to standard umbrellas for pubs and restaurants. It closes the area under the umbrellas, which becomes a suitable place for expansion of the commercial activity. Windshields are suitable for limiting the climatic impacts of outdoor sites – restaurants, shops with exhibition area, barbecues, gardens, sheds and more.
The product “WINDSHIELD” is designed for standard advertising umbrellas with a width of 3.4 – 3.5 meters and a height of about 2.00 – 2.25 meters.
It has its own prefabricated metal structure, made of profile 15x15mm. It is easy to assemble by inserting one piece into another. Its height is adjusted in the range of 1.95 – 2.25 meters by lifting the strips – steps.
Windshield panel is made of transparent 0.5 mm thick PVC crystal – flexible and durable material. Its edges are made of synthetic tarpaulin in your chosen color. The width of the edges is 10 cm. The metal construction is placed in the pockets of the edges and is visible only at the corners of the panel.
The “Windscreen” attaches to the three-point umbrella by velcro. This attachment method allows you to quickly dismantle a windscreen. As a result, it is not kept in a stationary structure and it is not necessary to prepare a building project for it in the respective municipality. The windshields are fastened together for each other by means of the velcro strips (cat’s tongue).
There are three bands located on the left side of the windshield (viewed from inside) at different altitudes.
Pass the top and bottom strip through the metal structure of the adjacent windshield and fasten it back onto its respective soft part. This is displayed on these photos:
